Red Corrugated Metal Roofing Sheets – RAL Red Colors, 25+ Year Life

Red corrugated metal roofing sheets are made from factory-painted steel coils that are roll-formed directly at the factory. They are designed for high wind uplift resistance and heavy structural loads and offer a 25+ year service life. Specifications: 0.12-1.2mm thickness, 600-1250mm width. Suitable for all GI, GL, or Aluminum substrates. Available with PE, SMP, HDP, or PVDF coatings; offered in 16 standard RAL red colors; custom color matching is available. The MOQ for international sea freight is 10 tons.

Red Corrugated Metal Roofing Sheets: Custom RAL Colors with a 25-Year Durability

Overview

We roll-form these corrugated roofing sheets directly from our pre-painted steel coils. The ribbed profile is designed to withstand high wind uplift and structural pressure, guaranteeing a service life of 25+ years. We match colors precisely to the RAL standard, but can also custom-match colors directly based on your physical samples. The sheets are widely used in commercial, residential, and agricultural projects.

Key Benefits

The corrugation acts as a built-in stiffener and prevents the panel from buckling under heavy snow loads and high wind pressures. We offer four main coating systems: PE, SMP, HDP, and PVDF. This allows you to optimally balance cost and weather resistance to suit your specific climatic conditions. For projects in a harsh coastal or heavy industrial zone, we strongly recommend HDP or PVDF coatings to prevent premature corrosion. Bare metal roofing amplifies rain noise, but this problem can be completely eliminated by installing standard acoustic underlayment.

To ensure rapid production, we always keep 16 standard RAL red variations in stock. You can specify the exact finish you desire: matte, high-gloss, embossed, or with a protective laminate film. Our factory-applied coatings are UV-resistant and significantly reduce color fade and chalking over decades.

We also manufacture these profiles from galvanized steel, galvalume, or aluminum in standard export grades such as DX51D, Q235, and SGCC. Since panels are made of 100% metal, they have a high scrap value and are fully recyclable at the end of the building’s service life.

Red is one of the most sought-after export colors worldwide. It is frequently used for large-scale agricultural builds such as modern barns and livestock enclosures. In DIY projects and rural housing developments, red and blue dominate the market. For Commercial franchises and Spanish-style architecture, red profiles are often used to ensure brand consistency. This profile is ideal for both wall cladding and roofing.

  • Agricultural: Barns, livestock sheds, heavy equipment storage
  • Residential: Sloped roofing systems
  • Commercial: Spanish-style developments
  • Retail: High-visibility franchise roofs and facades

Production and Ordering Process

We supply pre-painted steel coils to our continuous roll-form line. These are precisely cut to the length required for your project and packaged directly off the production line to prevent damage during transport. Paint runs are strictly calibrated according to the RAL color system. If you would like a different proprietary brand color, please send us a physical sample. We will then manufacture a test batch for your approval prior to full-scale production. For a factory quote, please specify the required thickness, width, cut length, and specific coating system in your inquiry.

Packaging and Shipping

Protective foam and wooden boards are placed between the bundles to minimize friction and distribute the weight evenly. The packaging is then wrapped with protective steel sheets and securely bundled to ensure zero shifting during transit. We can accommodate your requirements for standard container loading, palletized shipping, or bulk break-bulk vessels, depending on tonnage.

Buyer FAQs

Q: How long does the roof last?

A: Under normal conditions, you can expect a service life of 25+ years. The use of a premium coating such as PVDF and the enhancement of the base metal can significantly extend the lifespan.

Q: Do you have specific shades of red in stock?

A: We always have 16 standard RAL reds in stock as part of our regular production cycle. We’d be happy to send you physical metal swatches for shade matching.

Q: Can I specify the exact lengths for my project?

A: Yes. Thickness (0.12-1.2mm) and width (600-1250mm) vary depending on the coil, but we’ll cut the material exactly to your engineering specs to minimize onsite waste.

Q: Which paint system should I choose?

A: For cost-effective standard inland projects, we recommend PE (Polyester). If your location is near the coast or heavily industrial, we recommend switching to HDP or PVDF to prevent chemical damage and salt damage.

Q: Is the roof noisy when it rains?

A: Bare metal naturally produces noise during heavy rain. However, standard roof insulation or acoustic underlayment completely resolves this issue.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: 10 metric tons per specification.

Q: Will the coating be damaged during international shipping?

A: No. Our export packaging is specifically designed to protect the finish during heavy container handling through steel sheet wrapping, strapping, and internal friction barriers.
