Maximum Corrosion Protection Featuring a heavy-duty 275g/m² zinc layer, this steel creates a formidable barrier against oxidation and harsh weather, delivering a reliable service life of 15 to 30 years in standard environments.
Exceptional Formability & Machinability Engineered for seamless fabrication. Whether your process involves shearing, deep stamping, bending, or welding, our zinc coating adheres tightly to the base metal—guaranteeing no flaking, peeling, or cracking during processing.
Flawless Surface Finish We ensure a highly uniform plating with precise spangle control. It provides excellent aesthetic appeal for direct use, and serves as a premium, high-adhesion substrate for PPGI (Color-Coated Steel) manufacturing.
Optimized Cost-Efficiency Maximize your project margins. By combining elite mechanical performance with competitive factory-direct pricing, this versatile material delivers an unbeatable return on investment across construction, automotive, and appliance industries.
Construction & Architecture Ideal for severe-weather roofing, exterior wall cladding, structural framing profiles, and heavy-duty HVAC (ventilation) ductwork.
Automotive Manufacturing Widely utilized for automotive body panels, structural chassis components, and commercial vehicle enclosures where durability and safety are critical.
Home Appliances (White Goods) The preferred substrate for manufacturing sleek exterior casings, internal backplates, and structural brackets for both major and small appliances.
Agricultural Infrastructure Provides decades of protection for outdoor agricultural investments, including greenhouse structural frames and corrugated grain silos.
Industrial Hardware & Equipment Routinely stamped and fabricated into electrical control cabinets, heavy-duty metal packaging containers, and premium furniture fittings.

A: The number after Z is the total zinc mass in g/m² on both sides combined. Z275 puts down 275 g/m², which is a meaningful step up from Z100 (100 g/m²) or Z180 (180 g/m²). More zinc means more years before the base steel sees moisture. For outdoor use or humid environments, Z275 is the suggested minimum. For interiors with controlled climate, Z100 or Z180 can work and cost less.
A: Yes. Spot welding, MIG/MAG, and TIG all work. The zinc coating generates fumes when heated, so ventilation is standard practice. After welding, a zinc rich paint on the seam restores corrosion protection at the joint.
A: Zero spangle gives the smoothest, most uniform surface and paint sticks to it best. If the galvanized finish stays visible, regular spangle is fine and costs a bit less.
A: Standard sized orders from 10 to 50 tons usually ship in 7 to 15 days. Large or custom sized orders can run 20 to 30 days depending on how the production schedule looks. Send us your specs and we will give you a firm date.
A: Yes. Every order ships with MTCs showing the chemical composition and mechanical properties against EN 10346. Third party inspection through SGS or BV can be arranged if the buyer requests it.
A: Standard export packing: steel strapping, waterproof paper, and edge protectors for both coils and sheet bundles. We can add fumigation, wooden pallets, or specific labeling to match destination country requirements.
