2. Advanced Surface Activation: To ensure a perfect bond, the PETG film is treated with high-voltage discharge. This significantly increases the film’s surface energy, allowing the adhesive to wet and spread across the surface with absolute uniformity.
3. Thermal Fusion Lamination: The PETG film features a premium, integrated hot-melt adhesive layer. During our precisely controlled hot-pressing phase, the adhesive melts and seamlessly fuses with the prepared metal substrate.
