All panels are prepared for export according to Bomis standard packaging protocols. Inner wrapping protects the coated surface from moisture and scratches during transit, while outer steel or plywood crating provides structural integrity for containerized shipping. Typical lead time is 20 working days from order confirmation, with expedited scheduling available for repeat orders and established wholesale accounts.

For projects coastal zones or high-humidity zones, we generally recommend coatings of classes HDP and PVDF due to their improved UV stability and corrosion resistance. Please let our technical Team know the location. We then select the appropriate finish according to the environment.
We cut the profiles throughout the day to the desired length, matching your project scope. Depending on the tooling availability, custom profiling are also possible. Please contact our engineering team early if you need non-standard profile.

A: The panels are securely packed in a protective inner wrapping for moisture protection and fixed in export-grade crating for container shipping. If your destination port is known for rough handling, please let us know so that we can over-pack accordingly.
A: Yes. We welcome third-party inspectors to enter the factory floor before the container is sealed. in your presence, we check the thickness, paint adhesion and dimensional tolerances and prepare the required report.
