Our white aluminum sheets are the flagship product of our color-coated product line. They offer a durable, glossy white finish and ensure a clean appearance while protecting the aluminum from corrosion. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor projects. We typically use base alloys such as 1050, 3003, and 5052 with thicknesses ranging from 0.15mm to 4.0mm.
Thanks to minimal batch-to-batch color shifting and excellent coverage, the finished facade appears completely seamless. To maximize paint adhesion, the raw aluminum is passivated before applying a highly durable PE or PVDF roll-coat finish. This multi-layer prep prevents the paint from peeling, even in harsh coastal environments exposed to salt spray and industrial chemicals. No more fading. PE coatings come with a 10-year warranty, while PVDF finishes are guaranteed for over 20 years. Even after decades of sun exposure, the panels do not chalk or wash out, but retain their original gloss.

This material is exceptionally easy to process in fabrication facilities. It can be cut, bent, punched, and stamped without paint cracking. The panels can be profile-cut according to precise CAD drawings and used directly for curtain walls, ceiling grids, and custom signage. Since aluminum is extremely lightweight, construction workers can install these panels much faster than heavier steel alternatives. In addition to standard gloss, we also offer mirror finish, brushed finish, stucco (orange peel) finish, and custom embossed finishes. We can also print architectural textures such as wood grain, natural stone, and brick patterns. The colors correspond exactly to the standard RAL chart.

Due to their clean aesthetic and excellent opacity, these sheets are ideal for commercial architectural cladding. They are also frequently used for shelving, light boxes, and door framing in retail build-outs. Their versatility allows for use in professional applications such as structural roofing and partitions, food-grade packaging, and automotive interiors.
