Qu'est-ce que la tôle de toiture en galvalume PPGL Coil – JIS G3312 ?

PPGL Coil – JIS G3312 (Roofing sheet) describes a type of roll used to make roofing sheets that is coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy and then painted. It is a product that meets the Japanese Industrial Standard, JIS G3312. To give a better idea of the standard, here is an overview of a specification that uses an aluminum sheet of 1mm thickness for JIS G3312.

The standard describes requirements for steel sheets and coils that are galvanized and are pre-painted. Sheets and coils that are hot dip galvanized and then coated are taken and one or both sides are coated with resin and heated in a drying oven.

Product Characteristics: PPGL coils use as a substrate a cold roll that is coated with an alloy of aluminum and zinc in a proportion of 55%, and are pre-painted with resin. These coils are easy to process and have decorative qualities, as well as good corrosion resistance.

Standards/Specifications: The thickness is usually in a range of 0.12-0.6mm. The common widths are equal to 914 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm, etc. Concerning the zinc/aluminum-zinc coating, the amount of galvanizing is usually 40-275 g/m², while the aluminum-zinc amount is 40-150 g/m². As for the coating thickness, the primer is around 5μm, while the topcoat is in a range of 7-25μm, and the backcoat is in a range of 7-15μm.

Pourquoi choisir les tôles de toiture Galvalume JIS G3312 de notre usine ?

For excellent appearance quality and esthetic design flexibility
we have consistent production that allows us to have the same color and gloss across the same or different production batches.

For project surfaces requiring a design that is scratch resistant, we offer a choice of a smooth, wrinkled or embossed finish.

Excellent Weather Resistance and Color/Gloss Retention: Our use of SMP and PVDF topcoats enables the extremes of the weather to be kept at bay, making the coatings resistant to fading and color change, and eliminating chalking and gloss loss. This keeps the facade looking new for years.

Selectable Substrate Strength: Our factory, following JIS, has many options of steel substrates. This makes it possible to select different strength levels (for example, yield strengths of 280MPa, 350MPa, etc.) depending on the requirements of the design.

Strong Paint Film Adhesion: Our systems and standards of production will ensure that rigorous cross hatch tests, bending, and impact tests will be performed to ensure that the film will not peel and/or crack when subjected to the mentioned processes.

Excellent Flatness: We usually adopt zero – spangle (F-type) substrates, which guarantees that the surface will be very smooth. This gives excellent foundation for coatings and the resultant appearance.
