At BOMIS, we supply mirror-finished stainless steel sheets direct to wholesale and industrial buyers. Our mirror stainless steel range covers multiple gloss grades and surface treatments, including 6K, 8K, BA-grade, brushed mirror, and embossed mirror finishes — each engineered to meet specific architectural, decorative, and functional requirements. Need something custom? Tell us your volume and specs, and we’ll work out the sourcing and processing.
1. Ultra-High Surface Reflectivity: Through multi-stage mechanical polishing, our mirror sheets achieve near-total surface uniformity with reflectivity comparable to glass mirrors. It looks sharp and bounces light well—exactly what you want for high-end interior architectural work.
2. Superior Corrosion Resistance: Manufactured from premium 304, 316, and 316L substrates, our mirror stainless steel offers reliable performance across humid, mildly acidic, and coastal environments. As long as it’s used right, you won’t see pitting or oxidation. Good for indoor or semi-exposed builds.
3. Robust Mechanical Performance: The material retains excellent tensile strength, surface hardness, and abrasion resistance after mirror finishing. Treat it like standard stainless. You can cut, bend, stamp, and weld it on your floor. Running a massive volume? Check your processing parameters with our technical guys first so you don’t ruin a batch.
4. Low-Maintenance Surface: The dense, non-porous mirror finish resists dust accumulation and staining. Just wipe it down with a soft cloth and neutral detergent. It saves your end-users serious money on maintenance.
5. Heat Dimensional Stability: Our mirror sheets withstand elevated operating temperatures without warping or surface degradation. If you’re dealing with constant thermal cycling or heat sources, use the 316L grade.
6. Decorative Versatility: From high-gloss 8K to textured embossed finishes, the product range supports diverse design intents — from contemporary minimalist interiors to ornate commercial installations. Add a PVD coating if you need custom colors.

BOMIS follows a controlled multi-step manufacturing sequence to ensure consistent mirror quality across every batch. We start with prime-grade hot or cold-rolled coils, then uncoil, level, and cut them to master sheet sizes. Next is mechanical polishing. We step down to finer abrasive belts and buffing compounds until we hit your target reflectivity: 6K, 8K, or BA. If you order brushed or embossed mirror, we add the texture or grain after the primary polish. Every finished sheet gets a laminated protection film before we precision slit or cut it to your dimensions. Every production batch is subject to surface uniformity inspection, thickness gauge verification, and reflectivity testing before packing. Our factory operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management, and we recommend sharing your quality specifications during the inquiry stage so final inspection criteria can be aligned with your requirements.
A: Our standard MOQ is 5 tons per specification. We’ll do smaller trial orders for first-time buyers. Give us your target numbers and dimensions, and we’ll see if it works.
A: Yes. We offer precision cutting based on your dimensional drawings or cutting list. Tell us your tolerance and edge finish requirements (sheared, laser-cut, machined) upfront so we can get it right the first time.
A: We supply BA, 8K, 16K, brushed, hairline, and embossed mirror finishes. For exterior applications where UV exposure and weathering are factors, we suggest 8K or higher-grade mirror with a protective clear coating or a PVD-coated variant for added durability against environmental elements.
A: All mirror sheets are interleaved with protective film, packed in wooden crates with foam corner guards, and strapped for container shipment — suitable for ocean, rail, or air freight. Expect 15–20 working days for standard specs. Custom treatments and weird sizes will push that to 25–30 days.
A: Yes. Our technical team can advise on material grade selection, recommended fabrication methods (cutting, bending, welding), and maintenance guidelines. We encourage wholesale clients to request a technical data sheet and processing guide along with their quotation.
A: For PVD color coating, we typically require a minimum of 10 tons per color to make the coating run economically viable. Standard silver mirror has no such premium. Please consult with our team for smaller color batch options.
