Under it, a reinforced layer stiffens the sheet. Next, a dedicated insulation layer slows heat transfer. The bottom is a smooth bright finish that looks clean from underneath.
None of the four layers are coatings — they are fused in a single extrusion pass, so they do not delaminate.
Weather Resistance & Color Stability
The ASA cap layer holds color through years of UV exposure, damp heat, and freeze-thaw cycles. We back it with a 10-year color warranty. Expected service life is 25 years under normal outdoor conditions.
Corrosiebestendigheid

Purlin Spacing by Sheet Thickness:
Horizontal overlaps should span two full wave crests. Vertical overlaps need at least 300mm of coverage. When using self-tapping screws, drill pilot holes 2–3mm wider than the screw diameter to allow for thermal movement.
One thing to watch: purlin spacing is inversely related to workshop temperature. Hotter environments need tighter purlin spacing to prevent sag over time.
