When you need a lightweight, rust-proof material that doesn’t compromise on looks, painted aluminum sheet is hard to beat. By pairing aluminum’s inherent toughness with premium, factory-applied color coatings, this material easily adapts to a massive range of projects — from sleek building facades to heavy-duty automotive parts and everyday home appliances. For wholesale buyers, it hits a sweet spot of easy formability, serious weather resistance, and incredible aesthetic versatility that you rarely find in a single sheet metal product.

Key Features & Advantages

Aluminium, with its elegantly shaped oxide layer, becomes the guardian of eternal protection, not only at the beginning, but already at that stage.

The high-quality coating on the pillars makes it pleasantly lubricated even in rain and wind, like a sheltered harbour wall.

Light and strong-that’s what I am. It replaces almost one third of the weight of steel products with full tensile force. In the transport sector, fuel efficiency becomes a major advantage, significantly improving the fuel efficiency of vehicles, and in the construction sector, thin panels are easy to handle. Finally, even if the contents are changed, the frame will never shake and it will quietly go to the next construction site.

Why not choose the “ideal alloy and coating”, which is a welcome addition to your project?

• 1xxx-series -smooth and easy to work with.

•  3xxx-Series-Perfect for shaking ice crystals, with just the right strength.

• 5xxx-Series-Suitable for different structures.

✔ ️ It’s a lovely challenge, but…

Are you looking for a certain tone?

We use the international RAL standard, which ensures perfect correspondence to your actual sample, even in large orders.

Our meticulous paint management in our factory ensures consistent colour across all components, protecting your brand image and the aesthetic appeal of large building exteriors.

When smoothness isn’t enough, leave it to us. Our processes such as brushing, lamination, embossing and pattern printing add depth to the appearance and also provide non-reflective and non-slip properties.

100% Recyclable: Aluminum can be recycled infinitely with just a fraction of the energy used to create it initially. If your project is aiming for green building certifications, this material is a documented sustainability asset.

How It’s Made — And Tested

It all starts with a premium aluminum coil in your chosen alloy and temper. First, we rigorously clean and pre-treat the surface so the paint bonds perfectly. From there, it heads through our continuous coil-coating line for a primer and color topcoat. For heavy-duty PVDF and HDP finishes, we use a two- or three-coat process to lock in serious weather resistance and color longevity.

Once coated, the coils are precision-leveled and sheared exactly to your requested dimensions, ensuring flat sheets and clean, burr-free edges. Before anything leaves our facility, our quality control team verifies coating thickness, color uniformity, and dimensional tolerances under strict ISO 9001:2015 standards. We also provide full mill test reports and material certifications so your compliance paperwork is always in order.

Q: What’s the best paint system for exterior cladding?

If you need long-term color retention, go with PVDF — it easily lasts 20+ years without chalking or fading. If you’re working with a tighter budget, HDP or SMP offer great weather resistance for the price. PE is best kept to interiors or temporary exterior use.

Q: 3xxx or 5xxx series — how do I choose?

It comes down to strength. The 3xxx series (3003, 3004, 3105) is perfect for general cladding and roofing. If your sheets need to bear structural loads, endure marine environments, or be welded, step up to the high-tensile 5xxx series (5005, 5052). For purely decorative indoor work, the highly formable 1xxx series will save you money.

Q: Can you match custom colors outside the RAL chart?

Absolutely. For volume orders, just send us a physical sample. Our lab will analyze and match it, and we’ll send a production sample for your approval before rolling out the full batch. Just keep in mind this usually adds about 7–10 days to the lead time.

Q: What are your standard lead times?

Typical wholesale orders ship within 15–30 days of confirmation, depending on our schedule and your order volume. Custom colors or unique finishes might take a bit longer, but we’ll always give you a firm production window when we quote your project.

Q: Do you offer textured finishes?

Yes. Beyond smooth coats, we can do brushed finishes — popular for appliances — protective laminated films, or embossed textures like wood grain, stone, and geometric patterns. Minimum order quantities apply for these, so let us know what you need during your inquiry.

Q: Will this hold up in coastal environments?

Definitely, provided you pick the right specs. A 5xxx series alloy like 5052 paired with a PVDF coating is the ultimate coastal defense. The magnesium in the alloy fights saltwater corrosion, while the PVDF deflects UV rays and salt spray. Standard 3xxx alloy with PE coating is not recommended for direct coastal exposure.
