We are a direct manufacturing factory located in Shandong, China. We operate our own advanced continuous galvanizing, color-coating, and precision sheet metal fabrication lines. Buying from Bomis Steel means you are getting factory-direct pricing, direct communication with the engineers, and complete control over the production schedule.

What paint systems do you offer for your PPGI/PPGL coils?

We offer several paint coatings depending on your project’s environmental requirements. This includes standard Polyester (PE) for normal climates, Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) for better weather resistance, High-Durability Polyester (HDP), and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) for ultimate protection against severe UV rays and harsh industrial environments.

PPGI uses a Galvanized (zinc-coated) steel base, while PPGL uses a Galvalume (aluminum-zinc coated) base. PPGL generally offers superior heat reflectivity and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for harsh or coastal environments. PPGI is highly cost-effective and perfect for standard structural and indoor applications. Our team can help you choose the best option for your local climate.

Yes. We strictly manufacture according to your required specifications. Whether you need a standard Z40/AZ40 coating for temporary structures or a heavy-duty Z275/AZ150 coating for severe environments, we adjust our lines to meet your exact technical demands.

We can match almost any color globally. We utilize the international RAL color chart as our standard. Simply provide us with the RAL code (e.g., RAL 5015 Sky Blue, RAL 3005 Wine Red), or send us a physical sample, and our laboratory will perfectly match the gloss and shade before mass production.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & AFTER-SALES

Do you provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC)?

Yes, every single order is shipped with a comprehensive Mill Test Certificate (MTC). This document details the chemical composition, mechanical properties, exact coating mass, and paint thickness of your specific batch, ensuring it matches your contracted specifications perfectly.

We use premium, seaworthy export packaging designed for long ocean transits. Coils are wrapped in anti-rust VCI film and waterproof kraft paper, encased in a galvanized steel outer jacket, and secured with heavy-duty steel bands. Roofing sheets are bundled on sturdy pallets with edge protection to prevent moisture penetration and physical damage.
Our production processes and final products comply with major international standards, including ASTM (US), EN (Europe), and JIS (Japan). If your local market requires specific certifications, please let us know during the inquiry phase.
We have a strict zero-compromise policy on quality, but in the rare event of a discrepancy, we stand by our products. We require photos, videos, and the coil/batch numbers to conduct a fast internal trace. If the fault lies in our manufacturing or packing process, we will provide swift commercial compensation or replacement materials.

ORDERING, MOQ & COMMERCIAL TERMS

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For standard steel coils (PPGI, GI, GL), the MOQ is typically 25 metric tons, which equals one standard 20-foot shipping container. For custom sheet metal fabrication or highly specialized roofing profiles, the MOQ is evaluated on a project-by-project basis.

Yes, we can consolidate different specifications within the same container to help you manage your inventory. However, each individual color or thickness will still have a minimum run requirement to ensure the efficiency of our continuous coating lines.
For standard specifications and common RAL colors, production usually takes 15 to 20 days. For highly customized orders, special paint systems, or heavy fabrication, the lead time is generally 25 to 30 days. We will confirm the exact delivery schedule when you place your order.
Our standard terms for international trade are a 30% T/T deposit in advance to begin production, with the 70% T/T balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight from reputable international banks for large-volume orders.
