One kind of product does two steps of production itself: pressing, coating and forming the tiles. The other type deals with finished products&#8211;roof shingles, oil drums, railings, cabinets&#8211;getting them ready for use. GI sheets are the most reliable base material of these two variants. The zinc coating is hot-dip galvanised, not electrogalvanized thinly. It protects cuts, holes and creases. It prevents rust from reaching cut edges.<\/p>\n<p>This is the benefit over cold rolled uncoated shingles. They can be used with painted coatings and Corrugated steel sheet. For this reason we always keep them in stock.<\/p>\n<p>The zinc coatings may be Z30 to Z275. Customers in Philippines often use Z30\/Z40\/Z50. In South America Z60 and Z90 are much more common Z275 is used directly in coastal and industrial environments. Don\u2019t go cheap on this, the replacement circuit board is a lot more cost effective in terms of service life. PCB thickness is divided into two types: standard (0.3\u20132.0 mm), thin (0.1\u20130.3 mm) for battery enclosures and electronic protective covers, and 2.0\u20134.0 mm for structural and platform applications.<\/p>\n<p>The same DX51D+Z80 steel can be priced anywhere from $10 to $100 per metric ton difference depending on thickness. Please send the drawings with your order for folding, punching and edge finishing. The production line is set up according to your size and the hole positions of the final products. The sheets from our production line have the same properties as the steel from the same furnace. Therefore, two batches cannot be different from each other. The finished plates are placed on the bottom, the underside is covered with waterproof paper, steel bands are tightly secured, and corner protectors are added when necessary. South America and the Philippines customers often use 20-foot containers. We understand you need to know how many metric tons fit in a container and how to stack the plates to save space. The delivery will be made 25-30 business days after receipt of the down payment.<\/p>\n<h2>Common Questions.<\/h2>\n<h3>What is the difference between galvanised flat sheets and Color-coated steel sheet (PPGI\/PPGL)?<\/h3>\n<p>Coated with paint by means of a roller on galvanised or aluminium-zinc coated sheets, color-coated sheets are available. The difference is in the paint coating. Flat sheets are supplied as is, with the original zinc coating. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bomissteel.com\/ar\/product\/ppgi-plain-sheet\/\">Color-coated steel sheet has a paint film<\/a> applied over the zinc coating. If colour is required the sheet has to be colorfast, rust resistant and primed, and may need to be formed on site. Use galvanised sheets instead. They are cheaper too.<\/p>\n<h3>How do you choose Z40 or Z100 zinc coatings?<\/h3>\n<p>This is mainly dependent on the humidity and corrosion resistance required by the environment. Z40, Z50 are suitable for indoor areas, inland areas and low humidity. For coastal areas industrial areas and areas with high salt content Z90, Z100 or higher. The cost of each additional zinc coating is several tens of dollars more per metric ton, which is not worth the investment for beachfront projects, since the longer service life of the replaced panels is far more cost effective.<\/p>\n<h3>Can you cut, punch and fold the sheets for shipping?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, that can be done. Our production line can carry out two types of operations: cutting, punching, bending and sheet pressing. Send us a template before placing your order.
