BOMIS green corrugated roof sheets are pressed from pre-painted galvanized steel coils (PPGI) in green RAL shades. The corrugated profile adds structural stiffness while the organic coating handles weather and corrosion. Available in trapezoidal and wavy profiles across a range of widths and thicknesses.
The green finish comes from a factory-applied coil coating line — not post-painting. This means the coating bonds at the metal surface and holds up through roll-forming, cutting, and years of outdoor exposure.

The base substrate is galvanized or aluminum-zinc coated steel, topped with a PE, SMP, HDP, or PVDF organic coating. This two-layer protection holds up in humid, rainy, and mildly corrosive environments where bare steel would surface-rust within months.

At 0.4mm–1.2mm steel gauge, the corrugated profile carries wind and snow loads without the weight penalty of thicker structural sheets. Easier to ship, easier to handle on site.
Water Drainage
The corrugated wave pattern channels water off the roof fast. Correct lapping and purlin spacing keeps the underlayment dry even in heavy downpours.
Fire Performance
Steel substrate is non-combustible. The organic coating is rated for standard building fire requirements.

These sheets are light enough for two workers to position by hand. Pre-drilled or self-tapping screw holes speed up the laying process. No specialized machinery needed.
Recyclable
Steel content is 100% recyclable at end of life. Cutoff waste during installation can go straight to scrap metal recovery.

Green is matched to the RAL color chart. Common shades include RAL 6005 (moss green), RAL 6018 (yellow green), and RAL 6029 (mint green). Custom colors can be matched for volume orders. The coating is applied on a continuous coil line, so color consistency holds across the full production batch.
PE (polyester) is the standard choice for general outdoor use — good color retention at a lower cost. SMP (silicone-modified polyester) adds better chalk and fade resistance. HDP (high-durability polyester) extends service life further. PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is the top tier for coastal and high-UV environments. We recommend based on your project location and expected lifespan.
Yes. Lengths up to 12m can be cut to your specification at the factory. Longer sheets reduce end-lap joints on large roofs but require more handling care during shipping. We package to match the sheet length you order.
Sheets are stacked, wrapped in waterproof film, and secured on reinforced wooden pallets or steel cradles. For long sheets (8m+), we use open-top containers or flat-rack packaging. All packaging is rated for ocean freight.
