Galvanized Steel Profiled Sheets (GI)
Strong & Cost-Effective: Thanks to its high-quality zinc coating, our GI profiled sheets exhibit outstanding tensile strength and reliable corrosion resistance. These sheets endure heavy structural loads, making them appropriate for general industrial facilities and commercial warehousing.
Alu-Zinc Steel Profiled Sheets (GL / Galvalume)
Ultimate Weather Protection: Thanks to premium aluminum-zinc alloy coatings, our GL sheets show much higher resistance to corrosion than standard galvanized steel. With superior heat reflectivity and structural strength, they are made for the most demanding environments and are best suited for regions with the most extreme UV exposure or heavy monsoon seasons.
Color-coated Profiled Sheets
Features: With “galvanized steel/alu-zinc steel base material + coating” as base material, it has both corrosion resistance and strong decorative properties.

| Classification by Base Material | Ideal Application Scenarios |
| Galvanized Steel (GI) | Standard industrial facilities, large-scale warehouses, and temporary structural enclosures. |
| Alu-Zinc Steel (AZ/GL) | High-humidity coastal structures, agricultural buildings, and demanding commercial environments. |
| Aluminum Alloy | Airport terminals, large sports arenas, photovoltaic (solar) roof systems, and marine-grade facilities. |
| Stainless Steel | Chemical processing plants, food & beverage manufacturing, medical cleanrooms, and tunnel linings. |
| Color Coated Steel (PPGI/PPGL) | Aesthetic roofing and wall cladding for industrial parks, commercial complexes, and modern residential developments. |
| Classification by Function | Ideal Application Scenarios |
| Single-Skin Profiled Sheets | General exterior roofing, wall cladding, and interior spatial partitioning. |
| Insulated Sandwich Panels | Cold storage facilities, temperature-controlled warehouses, and sterile clean workshops. |
| Acoustic Perforated Panels | Highway noise barriers, industrial acoustic enclosures, and auditorium interiors. |
| Anti-Slip Decking Profiles | Heavy-duty industrial platforms, structural mezzanines, and safety stair treads. |
Answer: Our substrates for metal profiled sheets cover a broad selection for all environments. These include Galvanized Steel (GI), Alu-Zinc Steel (GL/Galvalume), Aluminum Alloy, and Stainless Steel. Projects with specific designs and additional strength requirements have available Color Coated Steel (PPGI/PPGL).
Answer: Yes. Our production facility supports extensive customization. Thicknesses 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm, widths of 600 mm to 1250 mm, and lengths of 12 m (or adjusted to fit container loading limits) can all be produced. Also adjustable are wave profile 15 to 120 mm, and wave spacing 100 to 300 mm, to satisfy specific structural load requirements.。
Answer: For coastal, tropical or high humidity climates, we recommend Alu-Zinc (GL) or Aluminum Alloy sheets. Alu-Zinc steel has an improved alloy of aluminum and zinc that provides several times the corrosion protection, and substantially better heat reflectivity compared to conventional Galvanized Steel (GI), thus allows for much longer service life in tough climates.
Answer: Our MOQ is 18 MT for every specification. Production lead time is usually around 15-25 days from when the deposit is confirmed. This range depends on the order quantity and customization details.
Answer: We use professional heavy-duty seaworthy export packaging. The sheets are bundled and wrapped with moisture resistant anti-corrosion paper and then covered with a metal outer casing which is then strapped with steel bands. This packaging prevents surface scratches and also protects the sheets from the elements and deformation during ocean shipping.
